From Concept to Commissioning: Comprehensive Engineering and Project Management

Feasibility Studies

Comprehensive analysis to determine technical, economic, and operational viability of proposed projects. We provide the Go/No-Go decision framework, quantifying risks and expected ROI.

Conceptual Design (Concept)

The initial planning phase. Involves defining the project scope, generating multiple high-level system options, creating preliminary PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and developing a rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimate.

Basic Design (FEED)
